No, the ismartgate can use all Smart Home connections, users and remote access without any fee or additional hardware. 

However, if you need to use more than 10 users you would need a user plugin. You can either have a plugin for 100 users, or unlimited users. Pricing information can be found here, these plugins are valid for 1 year.

Furthermore, if you want to see your camera from the ismartgate access app and store the open/close events (either with an ismartgate camera or another compatible camera) you would need the video plugin. This plugin is valid for 3 years and costs 29,95 USD, it can be purchased here.
