In case you have an old door opener and requires to have the wall button pushed for more than one second in order to close the door, then it would be necessary to use the ON/OFF mode to close the door. Here is how the configuration would need to be:
Here is how the configuration would look like. This door would have two operating modes, the Garage mode that will open, and the ON/OFF that would close the door.
Here is how the App would look like. This is the first door (connections 1&2) already configured and the one that would only open the door.
Here is how the App would look like. This is the second door (connections 3&4) that would only close the door.
In this example, with only one Gogogate2 and only one door, the connections for the second door (3&4, the one with the ON/OFF mode) would be the same as the 1&2 terminals are connected to.
In case you have more than 2 door and you need this functionality then please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we would do our best to provide the best and simplest solution.
If you have tried this and your door still does not close, it could be due to a different closing connection in the door motor. Please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to send the proper wiring instructions.
