No, ismartgate lets you connect your garage door opener or gate to Google Home or Google Assistant without any extra cost.
No, the ismartgate has native support with Google Home / Assistant, that means you don´t need any extra hardware to make your garage smart (unlike other smart garage door opener brands on the market).
Unfortunately, the PIN Google Home / Google Assistant requests to open or close your garage door or gate can not be disabled or avoided. This is a safety measure required by Google itself to prevent the operation of your Garage door or Gate from a stranger.
The Google Home / Assistant PIN is set during the first setup of the ismartgate, which is associated to the admin user. A PIN is created for each user. You are the one that decides what that Google Home / Assistant PIN is, every time you configure your ismartgate and / or create a user.
