This is solved with the new update. Please make sure you have the latest version of the app and that the Gogogate2 is up to date with the new Firmware version 2,5.
The Firmware version can be seen from the browser, with the link to access the Gogogate2 with remote access:
At the bottom of the screen there should be the version of the Firmware.
