Request deletion of accounts and data
Your information is always stored locally.
Gogogate2 acts as its own server. That is, all information is stored locally.
To delete your account and data just reset your Gogogate2 device following these steps:

Device must be POWERED ON.
Press the RESET button for about 10 seconds.

Device must be POWERED ON.
To check RESET has been successful, check that “Status light" is off.

Device must be POWERED ON.
Wait 2 minutes until you see blinking: Status green light
Then reset is done.
