The Audio Visual Alarm is an integration for the Gogogate2 to be under the UL325 Regulation inside the US. In case you want to disable it then the responsibility for the safety of your door it is on you.
  1. Open your App and select EDIT on the bottom-right of the screen
  1. Select CONFIG DEVICE
  1. Login with your Gogogate2 Account
  1. Select the option Doors and disable the VISUAL-AUDIBLE ALARM
