Request deletion of accounts and data

Your information is always stored locally.
SOMweb acts as its own server. That is, all information is stored locally.

To delete your account and data just reset your SOMweb device following these steps:


Device must be POWERED ON.
With the help of a paperclip, press the RESET button for about 10 seconds.


Device must be POWERED ON.
To check RESET has been successful check that “Wi-Fi” light is off.


Device must be POWERED ON.
Wait 2 minutes until you see the "Wi-Fi" blue light.

Then reset is done.
